Ray Shively is an IT leader with over 25 years experience delivering technology products and services.

 

Ray has successfully served in several diverse IT leadership positions and has extensive experience in all facets of technology management.  He drove IT strategy development for one of the world’s largest credit card companies.  Ray also built and led large complex service delivery organizations comprised of in-house staff, domestic and offshore contractors responsible for system engineering, project management and operations.

 

Ray has also led web and mobile product development for a national tax company.  He successfully implemented a customer-focused product strategy driven by market research, innovative ideas and leveraging emerging technologies.

 

Ray is now leading product development for EdLogics, which provides advanced education solutions for the healthcare industry.

 

Ray earned his MBA and a B.S. in Business Administration / Management Information Systems from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia.
